My first Custom Onboarding

Hi,

my name is Richard Scholtes, I am a Senior IT Application Specialist @ Boerse Stuttgart Group in Stuttgart, Germany.

I attended the Custom Onboarding Event today and created my first custom onboarding in it's course. As a Success Champion I already had my User Group Confluence Space with some Loom How-To Videos ready to embed into there.

In this way the 5 minutes were more than enough to register this for all roles, like this:

The video shows everyone (JSM Agent or not) how to open a ticket at our IT support in JSM.

This is always a good first step for a customer, that's why I used this.

Unfortunately the tag they mentioned doesn't work here, but I hope someone will fix this soon ---> Thanks @Kristen Roth

Thanks for sharing this! I saw this demonstrated at Team '26 and I'm excited to set some of these up!

There was one trick they pulled in the Team '26 demonstration of this that I cannot find, and that was how they might get a person to go through custom onboardnig a second (or third) time. I could have sworn it was done, but I do not know how it was pulled off. Do you know?

@Michael Holian I just chatted with our PM, who mentioned it's only shown automatically once. Users can access it again from their profile anytime after they have seen it from 'Open Company Welcome.'

Kristen,

Thank you, but I do not see 'Open Company Welcome' in my profile. Does this require me to create a Company Onboarding first?
