Join the Rovo skills for admins early access program to simplify admin tasks

Hi Community!

We’re excited to announce that Rovo Chat is officially coming to Atlassian Administration Hub! You can now test new skills to help you with common admin tasks and troubleshooting issues.

Note: Admin skills are being released as a beta experience to single site customers only. We’ll continue to refine and improve this feature based on your feedback and will be rolling it out to more customers in future.

What are Rovo skills?

Rovo skills simplify knowledge gathering and troubleshooting for admins. Five new skills are available to help you with common admin tasks, including:

• Troubleshooting invitation errors

• Diagnosing user access issues

• Getting step-by-step provisioning guidance

• Resolving SSO and SCIM problems

• Reviewing inactive API tokens and keys.

We’d love your feedback

As you try out admin skills, please share feedback through the in-product feedback form by using the thumbs up or thumbs down on Rovo responses. This helps the team understand what’s working and where the experience can be improved.

@Gaurav Bhatnagar is there a process for getting added to the list for multi-site customers?

I have a quick question: my organization has only one production site, but I also have a sandbox linked to it. Does the sandbox count as a second site for the purposes of this beta? Or is it only counting production sites?

If sandboxes don't count, when should I expect the admin skills to become available in my Admin Hub?

I was really looking forward to seeing skills there that could allow me to get rid of maintenance tasks with automations. The skills I see here seem rather pointed at troubleshooting - which in my opinion is a lot harder for an AI to do well.

 @Rosana Casilli  If you have a single site and only 1 sandbox, then you should still be able to access Rovo in Admin Hub. Please let me know if you are not seeing it.

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select an organization if you have more than one.

2. Go to Rovo > Rovo settings

3. Select the Rovo Chat tab.

4. Toggle on the ‘Rovo Chat in Administration’ setting so that it is enabled.

- Beta Features

- Web Search

- Search bookmarks
