I made all my truly horror/cringe inducing mistakes (so far) before I was an Atlassian Admin. In a past life, I *did* once delete all of the patient, appointment, provider, and other dynamic data from our hospital system's master training environment, just before a go-live, when training was in full swing. It was not my finest hour, and I did have just about 1 hour to get everything for training ~17,000 people back in there. I made it by the skin of my teeth, in between answering Skype messages from just about every employee in both the instructional design and training departments.
