My jira site ******.atlassian.net cannot be accessed, as shown below.
After logging in id.atlassian.com, I cannot see the original jira and Confluence applications.
If I choose to create a new jira site, it will also show that ******.atlassian.net has been used.
Where did my original jira and Confluence product data go? How can I access it

As I understand from your question is your site URL (*.atlassian.net) exists, but the products appear unavailable. If yes, then here's what to check:
1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and verify your Jira/Confluence products’ status — Active, Inactive, or Deleted.
2. If they show as Inactive, select Add product → Reactivate, and your data should return.
3. If deleted and it's within ~14 days, you can still reactivate. Otherwise the data is permanently gone.
4. Also check Atlassian Status page for any ongoing maintenance.
5. If still facing issue you can raise a support ticket with the Atlassian Support and provide them with the site URL and other details. Support team will guide you with the next steps.
