how to prevent multiple users editing at the same time

when me and my collegues all are working in one board at the same time (meeting agenda)

only one users input gets saved. How to prevent this?

Or is premium allowing to live edit with changes other users make?

@joyce beers Could you be a little more specific about which Product you are using?

I am guessing that you are talking about Jira and not Jira Align, but I could be wrong.

If you could provide the Product and the hosting (On-Prem VS Cloud) we could be more helpful.
