The Sprint Metrics M1 and the Sprint Coaching reports provide the count of committed stories (and story points) for a given sprint, but where can I see what the actual stories that are included in that number?

@Stephanie Davis the Agile Added/Dropped report may give you what you are looking for:
The Agile Added/Dropped Objects report captures changes to the scope of work for a certain team in the defined sprint. The report is beneficial to Scrum Masters and QA and dev leads for monitoring changes during the sprint to ensure teams can deliver against the targeted scope of work.
