Hi @Vandana Kurapati,

Archiving teams and related work in Jira Align does not have any immediate or automatic impact on Jira Align. All users and the related work will remain in Jira Align.

If you do archive a team in Jira, I recommend you make sure you unmap the team's Jira project and board from Jira Align in Administration -> Connectors -> Jira Settings/Maintenance.

You can archive a Program Increment in Jira Align, depending on your company's policies, to remove it from drop-downs.

You can deactivate users who are no longer active to remove them from drop downs. Deactivated users don't count against your license count (at least they didn't in the past).

Your company's data retention requirements should drive when and how you archive work in Jira Align.

Regards,
Peter
