Slow Page Load Performance in Jira Align

Regarding version 10.124

There is a lot of lag in the UI just to open the application.

I took some network logs and saw 40000ms for all UI to finish loading it is approx 12000ms before I see anything that I could interact with.

I am in Ireland and also asked colleagues in India and US to check this out and it was similar for them.

Chrome is a little better than edge but still very slow, it puts leaders off using it and makes buy in more difficult for this tool and working sessions out of the question, so the tools is reducing collaboration and productivity aroud alignment activities and events.

Unfortunately, I have no good answers on this one but I do have a couple of tips.

• If you haven't already done so, check the Jira Align status page.  That's always the best first step for this sort of thing. (That said, I see no widespread issues today/recently.)  
• Consider opening a ticket and/or the other steps outlined in this article Jira Align Support Guide by @Aidan Majcher (Jira Align Escalation Manager).
