How to turn of rule that puts feature in pulled by team when child is in progress

When a feature is for instance on backlog and a child is put in progress, jira align will set the feature to pulled by team. Is there a way to turn this off?

This is base functionality for the application and is not available to be altered.  There is already a Feature Request (suggestion) existing (linked below), please add yourself as a watcher and vote for the idea.
