@Poluru Sai Shilpa That will be dependent on the authentication method used by your instance of Jira Align and if you have an existing account in that instance.
There are two methods of authentication for Jira Align; you instance my use any one or both methods:
- SSO (single sign on) This method is the most common. You will log in using your companies Identity Provider. For example you may be asked to provide your Google username, Microsoft AD credentials, through Okta or many other possibilities.
- Username and Password. If you instance is configured to use this method, you would have received a password reset email. Use your email address and password you created.
