How to fix old features popping up?

Hi,

Since a few months we have a problem on the ART/Train board of Jira Align. When applying filters of the current PI all features of that PI are shown correctly. However, when clicking a feature which opens the pop-up to the right, and assigning the feature to a sprint (and subsequently closing the pop-up), the ART/Train board shows all kinds of old features from previous PI's. This only happens to a few users, not all. And reloading the page in the browser makes the old features disappear again and showing only correct features. The problem happens in multiple different browsers and cookies/cache is cleared.

Anyone has the same problem or knows a solution?

@emile.de.nijs.bik I would advise submitting a ticket to Support so they can obtain information when this does occur so it can be resolved.  

They will also provide details back for you if an issue already exists that matches this issue.
