Does anyone know if Jira Align uses the overwritten velocity value for the Feature Forecast Report?

In Jira Align our team is noticing potential discrepancies with velocity value and we're trying to understand the calculation and if Jira Align uses the overwritten velocity value or the calculated values from the feature forecast report.

@Kimberly Kimmick per the help page for the report, it would not use any velocity overrides. However, we are possibly seeing some discrepancy around the calculated velocity.  We suggest that you submit a support case with some more details and screen prints.  Once you do that, post the support case number and we'll track the status.  https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002530354-Feature-forecast-average-velocity
