Can't find JIRA board in JA

I'm trying to add a new JIRA Board (in the JIRA Management Console), I've got the correct Board Id, Project etc. but JA can't seem to find the board....

Make sure your filter is shared with the project. Sharing with 'My Organization' seems like it should work, but it does not.

also, board syncs are 4 hours by default...
