New to JSM is now a Group Hub

Hello again, community!

What is happening?

We are moving New to Jira Service Management from being a product collection to being a community group. The new New to JSM lives under Featured Groups and can be found right here. Your Group Leaders are @Dirk Ronsmans, @Mikael Sandberg and @Liam Green!

All content in this collection will be moved into the group, and this collection will be retired. URLs will redirect to the new group.

Why are we doing this?

We did this first with the New to Jira group and it has been a success! Now we can even more confidently say this will:

• help users connect with others who are new to JSM
• give us a better way to direct new users to helpful resources
• enable faster and better answers for users who need them!

What do we need to do?

Join the group and make sure you are watching it by clicking Watch in the sidebar. And why not start off by saying hello in the introduction thread?
