I would like to know about the below workaround is possible or not in the Jira service desk(in Datacenter).
1)Is it possible to add approval on a Hierarchy basis, For eg: If the higher designation person approved then another approval is not required.
2)Can we have approval based on the amount in a text field or number field or On the basis of the priority field and assignee field
