I am a contractor working with the USAF on a large scale project that entails building new physical environments. To facilitate scheduling, our prime contractor has suggested that that they could transfer licenses from an existing contract. The AF would subsequently assume ownership within the new project.
I was asked to see if other Atlassian customers had experienced any issues with large scale license transfers.
The products involved are Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Hipchat and BitBucket.
Any feedback would be appreciated. The AF wants to determine if this may be a project risk,
