Our stakeholders now expect 30-60 sec explainer clips instead of walls of text (thanks TikTok generation). Dropping actual videos in Confluence or Jira tickets has been a game-changer for clarity.

I came across this question while searching for another and I know this is super old but thought I would put my solution to this anyway. :) 

We use Loom. It is part of the Teamwork Collection and it is super helpful for meeting notes, short form videos and even demo preparations.
