GDPR Erasure requests are now self service! Go to the Close Account page of your Atlassian ID profile to erase your account and associated personal data.

If you see a notice that your account is owned and managed by an organization, contact your company's Site Administrator of the Atlassian Cloud site to request erasure.

If you are a Site Administrator for Atlassian Cloud, please see Delete a Managed Account for instructions.

If you face any issues while following the process, because account access involves verifying your identity and handling sensitive information (like your email or security settings), we cannot troubleshoot this in a public forum. To keep your private data secure, we need to move this to a private conversation with our Support team.

Please take these steps to get help:

• Visit our Support portal.

• If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.

• Provide the email address associated with the account you're trying to delete.

Our support teams will work with you 1:1 to verify your ownership of the account and assist with deletion.

In certain cases, if there are active pending products associated with your account, or if your account is designated as a Billing or Technical contact for a Bitbucket Cloud workspace, you may not be able to delete the account yourself.

I have requested assistance from Atlassian Support team regarding this post. Please note that their response may take up to two business days.
