The current installation appears to have expired. My intention was to ADD Bruce to the registered users, and Update the Email from wilkiebj@verizon.net to wilkiebj@gmail.com. Your robot is sending all responses to wilkiebj@verizon.net, that address has been dead for several years.

I purchased this package several years ago, and have been happy with until now. I'm not seeking any software updates or bug fixes, software support EOL is Ok. I just want to be able to use the product again.

My efforts have clearly failed, and currently nothing works.
