I was wanting to know how to book a call

I want to book a call with an agent but I’m not sure how to. Could someone help me step-by-step?

You mean booking a call with an agent in a company’s Service Desk or Atlassian?

If you want to book a call with Atlassian Support

go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact, log in,
choose your product and create a ticket.
In the Description, clearly say you want to schedule a support call and provide your time zone and available time slots.
The Atlassian support engineer will then reply in the ticket and, if appropriate, propose a call time and meeting link.
