I am actually receiving the invoices from atlassian, but we have created a new email for invoicing, and I am not being able to find where to make the change so that all invoices are sent to the new address. What should I do?

If you purchased through a partner contact you can reach out to them to change the billing contact.
Otherwise, I'd suggest reaching out to billing support on atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
