want to have title for section div and or table

i am in confluence created page/space (Blank page) Did title. Started doing exercise I started with section using section macro and then macro (here I am trying a simple tree type navigation with 4 levels (list 1-> list 2->List 3-> then set of items I want to access all I did with macros these and it is working as expected 

 

The problem or my ignorance I do not know how can I add title and Background color and / font color I did not see any class /style sheet. I looked in to space tools and found the style sheet bit where to add it is that the right place to all and where in the code I can define does any one has step by step instructions I can use

As explained in your previous question, Confluence is a wiki, not an html page server.  It doesn't have those functions because a wiki does not do them that way.
