Where can I find View Storage Format (5.9.7)

Confluence Cloud 5.9.7/Win10/Chrome:

If I access the pulldown menu at the top of the screen (...) to the right of Share, I should see a choice for View Storage Format. I am an Admin for my own space, so I believe I should be able to see this option but don't.

What am I overlooking?
