Hi all,
I've configured a "knowledge base" space, I'm using Confluence 6.7.1, I've seen the troubleshooting template and I would like to create a custom template which behaves like that one, so:
I haven't found how to do it in any Confluence documentation, entering in editing of the troubleshooting template too it wasn't helpful to find a solution.
Thanks
Hi Raffaele,
Maybe our Space Tree Creator could be a solution for your requirement. The space template is based on normal Confluence pages and can have variables, which the user can fill in before the space gets created.
You can find the Space Tree Creator on the Marketplace.
Regards,
Stephan (CEO of EPS Software Engineering AG, the vendor of the Space Tree Creator)
Hello there Raffaele!
The Knowledge Base is a Space Blueprint. In Confluence Server you are able to create new Space Blueprints. For a little more information on this topic, we can refer here:
We also have a guide on how to build a Space Blueprint, a simple one for that matter:
Write a simple Confluence Space Blueprint
Some coding knowledge is needed to develop new Space Blueprints. Adding new Blueprints is also limited to the Instance Administrator, you may need to reach to one if you are not an Administrator.
Hope ours docs help you out!

Hi again Raffaele!
Since we can not edit Space Blueprints, the approach relies on creating a new one that matches your needs.
