Hello,
I’ve configured page statuses in my Confluence Cloud space, which allows me to assign a status to new pages. I’ve defined four statuses and automated their assignment when users publish their pages. Additionally, I’ve set up a Comala Document Workflow.
What I need now is the ability to update the page status automatically when the Comala workflow progresses.
Why am I doing this?
Because the native Confluence page status is more visible to users than the Comala workflow status. My goal is to leverage the strengths of both options—using Confluence statuses for visibility and Comala workflows for structured content review and approval.
I found another solution...
So, using comala document workflow, I use the macro document state that I integrated in the body of my page... as simple as this...
My users needs to refresh the page when a page change of status to see the last status in the body of their pages... (the only problem that I see... but this is already better...)
Hello @Adrian Franco
I think that for this work you need to find a common denominator between your Comala workflow and Confluence statuses. I'm not sure Comala app can use Page Status in Confluence.
For example, if a part of the Comala workflow is user asignment, you can configure automation to use that user asignment as a status change trigger.
