Hi
Im trying to reactive my account to gain access to Confluence, but when i do it just sends me to support and this community section.
Can anyone assist?
Thanks
Mark
@Mark Paul I, like @Nikola Perisic , presumed that you mean that your Confluence instance has been deactivated. If this is the case, please see the response on this post: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Lost-my-free-access-and-cannot-recover-my-data/qaq-p/3155377
It is also possible that someone added an 11th user, which automatically upgrades you to the Standard plan. If this is the case, and no one set up payments for this plan, your site may have been deactivated for non-payment. (Your Atlassian Admin would have received emails about setting up billing information.) Again, you should use the link above to contact Atlassian to diagnose and resolve the issue.
You want to do this quickly, as your data will be deleted permanently soon after deactivation.
Reading your question again, however, you say that your Confluence account has been deactivated. If this is the case—you cannot sign on to your Confluence instance, but those other 9 users can—talk to your Atlassian Admin to see if they revoked your license, perhaps to add another user without going over the 10-user limit for the Free plan.
i was on business, had a team of 10 on subscribed, i dont think its been 120 days, is there any way to resolve this, its been a very challenging time with the studio, and should of downloaded all the documents before, but this is quite critical

Like @Barbara Szczesniak mentioned, if this is only the issue for you and not the other 9 team members, then your Atlassian Admin needs to check your Confluence license.

Hi @Mark Paul
On which payment plan are you? If you are on free and you were not active for 120+ days, your Confluence instance automatically gets deactivated.
