Trigger to lock editing of Page at the end of workflow, stops workflow state from being visible

Hi , 

I am using a workflow to Collect sign offs on a document and when it is completed it moves to the state Release process complete and you can look at all the states in the page activity.

When Moving to the stat Release Process Complete, I have a trigger to lock the page from editing (where I can edit but others can view).

However others can view the page but can no longer see the workflow or have access to the page activity.  So they see this. 

Is there any way I can stop edits on the page but still allow the users to see the page activity and the final state of the workflow?

Welcome the the community! You can control this behaviour using the Workflow Activity and Drafts Visibility setting in the Configuration screen. You can choose to do this Globally (for all spaces) or on a per space basic.
