I am using the search results macro to search my space's pages. Is there any way to sort these results by likes? (so most-liked pages show up higher in the results)

Otherwise, is there a way to automatically label the top 3 most liked pages?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hi @Caroline Clancy

There is no way to sort the search results macro unfortunately.  There is also no way to automatically label the top three most liked pages.

Confluence does have the popular content tab on the homepage for cloud instances that takes into account likes, but that isn't sortable by search terms either.

My suggestion would be labeling all the pages you want to see in your search results (here is a way to bulk label pages: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Add-a-label-to-multiple-pages-how/qaq-p/112644 ).  Next you use the content report table to list the pages according to your label, and check "show likes count" to see which pages have the most likes.

This is a serious workaround and will require some time, but I hope it helps!
