Service Desk unique field is not shown in confluence

Confluence Version: 5.7

When I insert a Macro >> Insert JIRA Issue/Filter into a confluence page and want to list the linked server desk issue.

The list is shown but there are few fields is empty, such as Customer Request Type or Default SLA 'Time To First Response'. 

Could anyway to make these fields show in the confluence page?

Thank you for contacting us. It appears that you have discovered the following bug:

  • CONFSERVER-35196 JIRA issue macro does not display certain columns data(work ratio, progress field, time to resolution and time to first response)

Please vote for this issue, since it helps us to keep track of how many users are affected by it and will automatically add you to the list of watchers.

I also wanted to bring to your attention that there were two security vulnerabilities announced a few months ago. This requires you to upgrade your Confluence instance to the latest version as soon as possible in order to avoid your site being compromised.
