Hi,
we currently have the problem, that our agents are not able to send short links to our service desk customers, because they get the
"Not permitted" message
We are using the whole URL as a workaround but it would be nice to send the short one.
As for the structure.
We have Jira Service Desk linked with an AD and a confluence.
JSD and Confluence are linked with OAuth impersonation
Unlicensed and Anonymous users both have the Use Confluence permission
Why is this and how can I fix it?
