We have a Service Desk that can be accessed publicly. However, when users try to access the Knowledge Base it says IP address could not be found. The Confluence page is accessible to Anonymous. What is wrong with our configuration?

Hi @Marc Jason Mutuc,

Can you please let us know if application links are configured for both JIRA and Confluence (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/linking-to-another-application-360677690.html) and the KnowledgeBase integration is done something similar to the procedure that is available here.

Tried both OAuth and OAuth (impersonation) but I'm still getting the error message site's server IP address could not be found.

Anything else that should be checked? Is it because our Confluence is only accessible via VPN?
