Rotating photos in Confluence?

Hello everyone,

I need to rotate Pictures. After I uploaded it to a WeShare site, but I cant find any propertie or some other tags where I could rotate it with. Does somebody know how to do it?

Hi,

There does not seem to be any native way of rotating images, but there are some solutions.

-Rotate it before uploading

-Use a Confluence application

Thank you for the fast answer. I tried to rotate it before uploading it but the programm get it back do landscape every time.

I am using this solution in Confluence Cloud using Windows 10 and Chrome:

• I downloaded an Image with the AndoidApp in confluence, sure enough, it was horizontal instead of vertical.
• While viewing the page, I tapped on the image, it opened in the browser.
• The first time I hit Edit , Atlassian Companion-0.4.2 Setup.exe was downloaded.
• Running the above File installed it  in C:\Users\Claude\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Atlassian
• Now when I hit the Edit button, Fotos is opened, I can rotate then save it.
• Ir was stored as a new version in Confluence and I see the my image properly rotated.
