Remove comments section

I have been trying to figure out how to remove the Comments section from our pages. All of the examples I have found talk about modifying the CSS. After 4 hours of trying to figure this out, I have discovered that I can't modify the CSS on the Cloud version.

I really want to remove the clutter and make pages that make sense for our team. How can I accomplish this in the Cloud version?

I'm curious why you want to get rid of this section. Are you looking to simplify the UI, or are you finding your users are confused with what to do with it?

I'm not sure it is possible to do this on cloud.

You could however amend the space permissions and disable adding comments to certain groups / users.
