How do I remove the comment section at the bottom of a page for a space?

Paul April 20, 2022

I followed another thread and I inserted this into the Look & Feel section under style sheet:

  1. <style>
  2. #comments-section
  3. {
  4.   display: none;
  5. }
  6. </style>

Unfortunately this didn't make a difference, I also disabled Add Comment and Delete Comment from the confluence-users permissions and I'm still seeing this at the bottom of the page. Any way to actually get rid of it?

I figured it out, it was removing the style tags from the piece of css from my original post

  1. #comments-section
  2. {
  3.   display: none;
  4. }

Hi @Paul ,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you remove "Add comments"/"Delete comments" for ALL users/groups defined in the Space Permission section, that section should not be visible to everyone within your space.

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Still there after unchecking for all of our space users.
