Jira Service Management customers log into a portal and through the knowledge base they can see what you select they can see. You can link to documentation within your documentation spaces.
How can we use the navigation from the documentation within the Confluence space to non-licensed jira users (aka: customers)? They don't need to edit or even comment, just to see our product technical documentation.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Hi @Brian ,
there is actually a setting to enable exactly this : you should have a look in your JSM project -> Project Settings -> Knowledge Base and then choose "Restricted" in the Vieweing permissions.
This way, all customers will have access to this Confluence space directly (with the URL mysite.atlassian.net/wiki)
They can only view pages and won't be able to comment or like pages (or edit anything obviously).
Let me know if this helps,
