Premiuim confluence user but can't add guests

Hi, we are on the premium plan for Confluence Cloud but still don't see the option to add guests. Why is that?

On the documentation page describing the guest access (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/) it is shown that the program is current Early Access only. 

The page was updated yesterday so I guess it's still valid :)
