Preformatted Panel givs Problem with Page-View with several Columns, since Confluence 5.8.x

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Panel Preformatted with Specific Colours - Example of a User Macro

We use the preformatted Panel now for more than 2 years. Mainly to disply the conent-macro. Since Update to Confluence Version 5.8.13 all pages with this macro and messed up.

Together with the Content-macro and the use of pagelayout, the page ist nos usable anymore. With the standard panel-macro, there are not Problems.  Please see Attachements.

When i set a html-code after the formated Panel with '</div>', the page is displayd as requested.

I have tried to enhance the preformatted-macro with above html-tag, but no results.

Does anyone hava had this isse and found a solution?

We updated Confluence to Version 5.9.12 last October, since then the Problem does not exist any more.
