Anyone get the Lucidchart Diagrams Connector working on Confluence Data Center 8.8.0?
The Lucidchart macros flashes a chart quickly, then stack traces. We haven't figured out a workaround of any kind.
Open to any suggestions! š
p.s. Is this deja vu? Yes it is.
For those who use this add-on, the "answer" to my question is that Lucid pushed out an DC 8.8.1-compatible version of their Lucidchart Diagrams add-on today.
Get it on the Atlassian Marketplace and continue with your diagram embedding!
Hi @Dave Liao
Realated to the other post, I can only say;
Is there anything in the logging and provide that information to Lucid Chart support.
Or if there are other apps, disable them all and check if it works, then enable on by one. It might that there is conflict with another app.

Thanks @Marc - Devoteam , good reminder on trying Safe Mode and trying Lucidchart by itself.

@Marc - Devoteam - thanks Marc! Unfortunately no luck.
FYI Lucid responded to me, and they have no ETA on when their Confluence add-on will be updated for 8.8.0 compatibility: https://community.lucid.co/product-questions-3/confluence-data-center-macro-loads-then-stack-traces-6435

Hi @Dave Liao
I do feel a bit sad for you and all that use this integration. A company that offers such an integration is not pre-active on seeing that it works it the software it integrates on is updated.

I concur; it's not a good look. š„²
