Does anybody know if this file has been deprecated/renamed/moved? I have even gone as far as to install a local dev environment of Confluence to explore the file structure but I cannot locate the file. This thread suggests a location, but the file is not present there and I have downloaded several different versions of Confluence server to explore the file structure.
