I've provided a colleague access to my parent and subpages but she's still unable to get access.

Thank you!

Hi

Are you sure you've given them access to the correct site, that they've received the notification, and that your colleague has received the same notification? Please give us a little more detail so we can help you.

@nicoleerika_ocampo Does your colleague have a license in your Confluence instance? Contact your Org admin to ask them to add this person as a user in Confluence. Once that is done, you can ask the Space admin to grant them permissions in the space you are using.
