Is it possible to restrict the access to a page but see the reference by Excerpt link in other page?

I restrict the access to certain pages, nevertheless I have Excerpt macro which reference to the restricted page as a macro content into other page.

I would like to see the content into Excerpt section even when the source page has been restricted.

No, because when you can't see a page, you can't see parts of it.

There are some apps on the marketplace that allow you to bypass your permissions and security, but I can't recommend them as they compromise the permissions.
