I am trying to link supportissues to display only how-to articles on a certain page.

For eg. Support issue types in JIRA to how-to articles under page "help" in Confluence.

I want the customers to see certain articles displayed depending on which issue type they want to send a request on in the customer portal.

Thanks!

Hello,

When linking a Jira Service Desk customer portal to a Confluence space, you can share the Confluence space as a Knowledge Base for that portal.

In addition, when they search your help center, it will recommend the pages from that Confluence space that might interest them.

For more details, have a look at Serving Customers with a Knowledge Base.

I believe this is similar to what you are describing here, but if there is a feature missing, can you let us know what that is with more detail?

Regards,

Shannon
