Hi all! We're actively using Jira SD and Confluence. Is it possible to make possible for customers write SD requests inside Confluence page without leaving to SD customer portal?

In theory, you could create a form within Confluence to them have it interface with JSD. You may also use Jira issue collectors to have form information created and sent in that method.
Ideally, though, you would want users heading over to their JSD portal to create issues but also see messages or status for their possibly pre-created issue. Accessing the portal also allows you to ensure users are not creating issues on the incorrect JSD project or accessing a KB they should not be seeing.
