Is it possible to create private community so that my team can help and answer questions like stack?

I want to have a stackoverflow type site for my team so that members can help each other find answers to problems. Is this not possible with confluence / Jira / atlassian?

Yes, you might find Questions for Confluence is what you're looking for.

However, it's not seen a lot of love from Atlassian recently in my opinion - it works, but has seen little in the way of new features. Feels like they're happy with what it does and don't have any big ideas for improvements.
