Inline comment function Confluence doesn't work with an header

ello everyone

I'm facing up an issue on Confluence.

I created a page "Top Navigation" with an excerpt macro. In which, there are other macros:

• Excerpt
  • Panel
    • Section
      • column
        • divbox
          • image
      • column
        • liveesearch
      • column
        • divbox
          • image

Then, on "look and feel" tool, in header section i have: 

{excerpt-include:Top Navigation|nopanel=true}

But it doesn't matter, even if i write "TEST" in header section, inline comment function doesn't work anymore

Error message: "Could not save the comment"

Confluence 7.19.16

Anyone have an idea?

I try to find a solution with a custom layout but it's pretty hard to have what i want.
