Import content from recent Confluence (5.1) to old one (3.5)

Dear all,

I would like to import content from a Confluence running version 5.1 into another Confluence server running 3.5 (for different reasons, upgrading the old Confluence server is not an option at the moment). As I have read on the Confluence documentation website, the database has changed after version 3.5 and as a result, a standard export-import procedure would not work and I need to use a conversion tool. I am currently experimenting with the UWC tool but up to now without success until now.

Would anyone have already faced the same issue and would now a suitable tool for this purpose?
