Import Word Document is failing - word.import.error.image.size

Trying to import a large word document with loads of pictures but its failing everytime

getting the following error

word.import.error.image.size

Ive read you can increase the image size import settings but i cant find out where this setting is.

Can anyone help ?

Hi @Tony Solinas - have a look on this post where they had a similar problem - hope this helps.

They got the same error and downgraded the document from .docx to normal .doc
