I have a Confluence account, can I use Gliffy?

I clicked on the Free trail button and get a message "An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information."

The audit does not give me any help.

What should I do or can I get some help?

In theory, yes, your trial should give you Gliffy.

However, something has gone wrong.  You need to read the application log to see the actual error(s), the audit log just shows you add-on config actions. 

Have a look at the system-information page in admin if you don't know where your application log is.  (Default is <jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log)
