How to create a blank space with the size of heading2 or heading3

Hi,

I currently try to create a blank space with the size of heading 2 or 3. However, the blank space was not reflected when  I published it after edit.

So my question is:

Is it impossible to create a blank space the size of headline 2 or 3?

(The blanks are reflected when the size is normal text.)

Any help would be appreciated.

Just to make sure I share the correct details with you, I would like to know more details about where you are facing this issue. 

You posted this question as Jira Service Management, but since you mentioned Headings, I would like to confirm if you are facing this issue on the customer portal (knowledge base articles) that is related to Confluence or when editing the Description or Comment on a ticket. 

Can you please share a screenshot of how it looks on the edit mode and after publishing? 

With these details, we can follow the same steps here to try to replicate the issue.

I'm sorry if I may have been unclear. 

the photo above is on the edit mode, and I create the blank space with the size of heading2. the photo below is after publishing, and the blank space disappeared.
