Hi all, here seems to suggest there is an approval process in Confluence you can use:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/request-and-manage-approvals-in-confluence/
For confirmation I am indeed on enterprise.
And I am indeed using a page, and I can see how I can add any random status if I want to, but I don't see this particular part of the documentation:
Open the content status menu.
Select Start approval to begin configuring your approval request.
Add the people who need to approve the page.
Am I misunderstanding something? Cheers!
Enabled this feature, and exactly same situation. What is "Content status"? Don't see anything relevant.
Manual differs from reality.
Well, @Evgenii , you're lucky to have this feature available. I've checking every day since it was announced over a month ago and it's still missing from my Premium Confluence :(
There's no "Status and approvals" setting in my Site (and spaces).
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I found this option in "New Features".

After enabling it, "Statuses and Approvals" appeared in space settings.

Yeah, checked that too a few days ago. And now.
That's all I have. The latest news from two years ago :)

Hi @Calvin , @Kris Klima _K15t_ & @Evgenii
Adding one data point from a Premium sandbox where I switched Approvals on tonight and walked it end to end. What I found is that there are four separate gates in front of "Start approval", and the support page only mentions the first:
Full walk-through with a screenshot of each gate here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/Confluence-Approvals-Beta-the-four-gates-between-quot-available/ba-p/3278244. Thanks to everyone on this thread; comparing the different experiences here is what made the pattern visible.
I hope this helps.
